WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All Orders take 3-4 to process. All orders are shipped within 5-12 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays due to COVID-19.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Kosmotology LLC uses USPS as our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

IF I ORDER ONLINE, CAN I PICK IT UP IN THE STORE?

Kosmotology LLC does offer in store pickup. When placing your order, you must select the “store pickup” option. Pick-up is available Tuesday-Saturday and must be scheduled via text just to ensure your date and time to pick up is available. Address will be given after purchase has been made.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to COVID-19 restrictions as well as efforts to protect our customers, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
